It was a special track since, in light of her interview with Rap-Up that she conducted, many of the listeners could connect to her experiences of finding love for themselves, and rethinking their beliefs about her. Cara's music often contains positive message about mental wellness and the importance of being self-love. The music she sings is reflective of her personal struggle with mental illness and insomnia.
