Julia Fiona Roberts born to Betty Lou Bredemus (mother) and Walter Grady Roberts on October 28th in 1967. She is the fourth Roberts generation that has lived in Atlanta, beginning with her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. Early in his life, her dad became fascinated by acting. While he was a pupil at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he took part in several shows. After he enlisted in the Air force and was spotted alongside Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. They got married in 2005, and had their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. The couple divorced in 1957. the Air Force and Walter began his studies at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter became a member of Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when the family relocated from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in the year 1960. Walter and Betty Lou financed their own production of a local Sunday morning children's show, Bum Bum and His Buddies. They founded an Actors and Writers Workshop in the year 1964, and it lasted 6 years. They welcomed in 1965 two new children: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
